Not that the band has been away that long. It's just...the name...an easy pun...yeah, sometimes it's too hard to resist. The Seattle-based Suicide Squeezers will be supporting their new album Planet of Ice, which is slated for an August 21 release. Getting all retro on our asses, the album will be featured in a laser light planetarium show at Seattle's Pacific Science Center on Planet of Ice's release date. I remember seeing a grunge rock laser light planetarium show when I was a teenager that prominently featured a lot of Alice in Chains tunes.
