Minor Threat drummer puts punk relics on eBay
Fifty one bucks for a rare, mint Xeroxed flyer of Minor Threat’s last show. Oh hell yeah. You know you want it. Minor Threat drummer and Dischord co-owner Jeff Nelson has apparently cleared out the D.C. punk archives from his basement and/or attic and put them on eBay. His collection needs to be “downsized after having recently been deemed ‘too big’ and ‘insane,’” he says. So far it doesn’t look like there’s that many bargains out there, except for this 9:30 Club newsletter from 1982/83 with a starting bid of $1.99. But c’mon, this is punk history from one of the most important, influential and fertile scenes in the early 80s. Can we really expect small pricetags? [Chunklet]
