Disney vixen Miley Cyrus played Lima, Peru, this past weekend, and during the show she covered Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” Yeah, the song’s legacy has been thoroughly sullied at this point, what with Weird Al and American Idol, but watching the black-leather-clad Cyrus’s attempt to rock out Seattle-style stings nevertheless. What’s funny is how any random lyric from the song sums up the feeling I get when I watch the video: “I feel stupid and contagious”; “A mosquito, my libido”; “Hello, hello, hello, how low?” [Gawker.TV]
