Bitches Brew, the 1970 Miles Davis double album, was a landmark in jazz-fusion--Bitches Brew, the dark ale crafted by Dogfish Head, will be a landmark in getting drunk. In honor of the album's 40th anniversary, the Delaware brewery is releasing the beer in late August in conjunction with multiple reissues of the record. According to Dogfish Head's founder Sam Calagione, the beer is meant to be "sipped cool, not cold, from a snifter or red wine glass while listening to the Bitches Brew album," but we won't fault you for chugging them down. The album is one of those mainstays on decade best-of lists, so if you haven't listened to it already, check it out. [Spinner]

Fixing this now. Thanks Corey and Etchasketchist.
Thanks for the audio, Jeremy. And thanks for the corrects, C and E.
I still want some!
This sounds delicious, sign me up Dogfish Head people. May it not give me the wild hangover your IPAs have beaten me about the face with in the past.
