As part of the promotional circuit for their newly released Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2, two-thirds of the Beastie Boys stopped by Power 106 studio in Los Angeles this week. And during their chat with DJ Reflex, Ad-Rock and Mike D speak on more than just their latest album.
Although, that topic does understandably eat up about one-half of the interview as the guys describe their creative process. Apparently the "game plan was short songs with a lot of stuff going on" for Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2. Yeah, I'd say that about about sums it up.

Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2 is out now.
