Awww, and you thought this story was over! Well, it probably is now that we have Michele Bachmann's take on when the Roots dissed her the other night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. If you haven't already heard/seen the video, here's what happened: The Roots played out Bachmann's entrance using Fishbone's "Lyin' Ass Bitch." Hilarious, I know.
But the presidential hopeful's not too happy about it, of course, though I wonder if she saw that Fallon apologized -- and grounded the Roots' Questlove. Anyway, she responded to the "diss" by calling it "an outrage" and stating that things would have been different if the same thing happened to the First Lady, Michelle Obama. Read Bachmann's statement below via The Hill.
“The point is, if that had been Michelle Obama who had come out on the stage and that song had been played to Michelle Obama, I have no doubt that NBC would have apologized to her,” Bachmann said. “This is clearly a form of bias on the side of the entertainment elite.”
