Michael Jackson's will, dated to July 7, 2002, was filed in court today, and it reportedly leaves custody of his three children to his mother Katherine Jackson, leaves his assets in a trust fund for his children, and cuts out his former wife (and mother to two of his kids) Debbie Rowe.
Family court decides who gets Michael's kids. The will does matter to some degree in the court's decision, but it isn't the end all be all. Rowe has stated that she wants the two older children to live with her.
Meanwhile, Katherine Jackson has emergency possession of all of Michael's assets until the will is executed. There are rumors that among Michael's assets there are hundreds of unreleased songs that he left for his kids, but along with word of how much debt Michael was in, those reports are unsubstantiated. I believe Micheal Jackson mother should keep the childern. I think that the court should follow what his will say. I will keep the Jackson family in my prayer.
