Michael Jackson's Will Filed in Court Today

Michael Jackson's will, dated to July 7, 2002, was filed in court today, and it reportedly leaves custody of his three children to his mother Katherine Jackson, leaves his assets in a trust fund for his children, and cuts out his former wife (and mother to two of his kids) Debbie Rowe.

Family court decides who gets Michael's kids. The will does matter to some degree in the court's decision, but it isn't the end all be all. Rowe has stated that she wants the two older children to live with her.

Meanwhile, Katherine Jackson has emergency possession of all of Michael's assets until the will is executed. There are rumors that among Michael's assets there are hundreds of unreleased songs that he left for his kids, but along with word of how much debt Michael was in, those reports are unsubstantiated. I believe Micheal Jackson mother should keep the childern. I think that the court should follow what his will say. I will keep the Jackson family in my prayer.

Michael's mother is too old to raise those children. What happens when she dies. They will get shipped of to someone else. They have been through enough. Besides ..... she wasn't able to protect Michael from his father and everyone knows that Joe lives there. She is Joe's puppet and he is behind all her court petitions and the raid on his house. It's all about the money !!!! Give those kids to someone who cares and will raise them with love .

Katherine should have custody I agree. Why would you want to split them up? That's just ludicrous. Plus the two older children don't even know Debbie Rowe. Bringing the nanny that looked after them for most of their lives would be a good idea for Katherine, since at her age she probably needs some help.

Give those kids to anyone other than Katherine and Joe Jackson.
That man is pure evil and Moma ain't much better.

Debbie Rowe should take them all ....I agree they should not be split up.
