
It appears we'll have to wait a long while before the inevitable circus surrounding Conrad Murray's trial for maybe possibly killing Michael Jackson through negligence. A judge scheduled the trial's first preliminary hearing in January 2011, meaning the trial won't get started until sometime after that, and probably after Murray's lawyers slow things down as much as possible. The hearing on January 4 will basically be the hearing that determines if Murray could be even tried though, so this thing might be over then. [Daily Swarm]
