Michael Jackson's Doctor Issues YouTube Statement

Here’s an unusual PR move from the man who is at the center of the investigation into Michael Jackson’s death. Dr. Conrad Murray allegedly gave the singer a drug to help him sleep through the night before his untimely demise, apparently injecting Jackson with Propofol on a dangerously regular basis.

Murray has issued a statement via YouTube, which indicates how frightened he has been since Jackson’s death. According to the message, he is afraid to return phone calls and isn’t using e-mail, but says he has used YouTube to thank all the fans who have supported him through the ordeal. It’s another strange twist in a story that is dragging on for a frustratingly long time.
