Michael Jackson Fans Protest the Release of This Is It

Premier screenings of the Michael Jackson film This Is It are scheduled to be broadcast around the word today, and one group of the singer’s fans are distinctly unhappy about it. The movie consists of rehearsal footage for the ill-fated comeback shows Jackson would have played in London this summer.

The group of disgruntled fans have been talking to the BBC about their feelings. Talin Shajanian from Los Angeles said Jackson went "from being excited about doing the shows to being concerned and not happy with the way things were going, and under a lot of pressure.”

Their problems with the film stem for the fact that it glosses over Jackson’s declining health immediately prior to his death. Shajanian said he looked “unusually thin” just before his demise, and his condition had changed “drastically.”

This few fans that hung outside MJ's house have a right to their opinion and I think that is exactly what it is, their opinion. There are millions of fans attending the movie shows all over the U.S. and the World but it sad that some media is trying to blow this up as a big protest and it is not. There are millions of us going to see MJ's film all over World and many of us die hard fans will see it more than once because we love MJ and His children/family! We will continue to buy his CD and music for the and are transfering the Legacy to our children to continue on in the next century. This is bigger than a few discrutal fans or media hater. This is about MJ's Legacy and his children's future not individuals likes and dislikes.
