Micachu Asks You to Melt Crayola Brand Crayons (Video)

Micachu and the Shapes are the latest hot indie band to end up soundtracking a Crayola commercial, as their "Golden Phone" has been turned into music kids can melt crayons to. It seems crazy to me, since I am 64, that normal crayons stopped being enough for kids, and they need to be involved in the crayon making process. These kids have no idea how hard we had it back in the '40s; only eight colors, and we liked what he had. We never even dreamed of melting crayons, because of the Great War, and all. [Stereogum]

When I was a kid, my buddy and I wanted to send a mouse into space and bring him back again. Unfortunately, 14 mice died in the name of 11-year-old science.
