Via: AOL MusicIt looks like Method Man's recent trouble having his label acknowledge his existence is putting him in a foul mood. Instead of dealing with this in a constructive way though, he's taking it out on the press for not recognizing his genius.
Speaking to AOL Music, the Ticallion Stallion had the following to say:
"I started reading my album reviews from these dudes. It's like, 'Method Man is wack, but MC Clown Around is the dopest sh*t that ever f***ing happened to hip-hop'? Who the f*** are you to tell me my sh*t ain't cutting edge enough, and you ain't seen no parts of the ghetto? That's cool you grew up on hip-hop music. But you can watch boxing all day, and that don't mean your a** can fight."
Riiight. Sadly, he goes on: "Meth is just more aggressive on this album. The kids are gonna get that other poppy bullsh*t first, because they've been programmed by all you guys."
Now wait just a minute Meth! Prefix actually sorta liked 4:21...The Day After, so I think you owe Prefix a shout out for keeping the faith. So feel free to drop the P-bomb in your next deodorant commercial, or whatever it is you're going to be doing with yourself now that you've alienated both your label and the press with your comments recently. Thanks!
