Yesterday morning, Method Man turned himself into the Staten Island (Shaolin) district attorney on charges of tax evasion. The rapper, whose government name is Clifford Smith, owes $32,799 in back taxes dating back to 2004. When reached for comment, Meth blamed the problem on his accountant, Wesley Snipes. Just kidding.
But seriously, Meth, pay those taxes. Method Man could face up to four years in the clink if he's convicted, which could put a damper on the joint album between Ghost, Meth and Raekwon.
Here's video of Meth coming out of court, covering himself like we don't have any idea what he looks like. [NahRight]
