Metallica announce track list for Guitar Hero game

Metallica have released the track list for their upcoming Guitar Hero game (due out on March 29), and unsurprisingly, it features a lot of Metallica (28 songs in fact) and a bunch of other tracks from Metallica's influences and bands that followed in Metallica's wake.

 

Here's the list of Metallica songs:

I didn't realize that they put songs not from the artist in these band editions of Guitar Hero. Any chance we'll ever see a Slayer edition of Guitar Hero??

Am I the only one that thought this was going to include their whole catalog? I'm kind of bummed.

I wasn't expecting the whole catalog, but it is still weird to have 28 Metallica songs mixed in with 21 songs including one by Bob Seger.

I actually like their "influenced by" selections. I'm impressed. Any word on the hidden song list?
