Menomena Daytrotter session

Before 2007, I'd thought the "don't put out a great release until the end of the year so critics won't forget it on their best-of lists" rule only applied to films. But now it seems to have made a crossover into the world of music. January was so long ago on this year's stellar album continuum, you may have forgotten how killer Menomena's Friend and Foe is. For a handy reminder, head over to Daytrotter, where today's signature session comes from Menomena. The three songs, put in by the band at Daytrotter's Futureappletree Studio One back in June, all come from Friend and Foe.
