Meet Your New College Professor: Dr. Swizz Beatz
I really wish I was in school at NYU right now: Swizz Beatz, producer "rapper," has been hired as a Producer in Residence at NYU's Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music for this academic school year. Starting immediately, Swizz is helping teach students "the skills of creative entrepreneurship for the music industry" and will be engaging in some teaching sessions. Maybe he'll talk about cutting up "D.A.N.C.E." for "On to the Next One." That song is still the best. [Vulture]
