Meet Kanye West's Art Director
Probably because I find him interesting as a human being, I can't get enough of stories that profile Kanye West's entourage. The latest is this story in Chicago Magainze that profiles Virgil Abloh, Kanye's "art director." Basically Abloh spends his time traveling with West, and works with West on his clothing, his shoes and his stage design. What's more is that Abloh is an architect by training, and somehow dude has ended up working for Kanye. A video interview is below, and you can go here to read some of Abloh's design choices.
