MC Spank Rock Fronts Italo-Disco Project, Mobroder
Naeem Juwan, aka MC Spank Rock of (duh) Spank Rock, along with some help from HOFF and Blu Jemz launched a new side-project last week under the name Mobroder. And it features the trio fully embracing the italo-disco movement, from the pulsing, vibrant synths to the spoken-word raps to the absurd outfits. This is about as kitschy and borderline-goofball as it gets, but it's still very listenable and a whole lot of fun. Just don't let your boss or coworkers catch you dancing in your office or cubicle.
