Via: NMEAm I the only one that's starting to get really excited about the new Massive Attack album? The group is currently in studio, working on the follow-up to 2003's 100th Window, and is assembling quite an impressive list of guest vocalists. The latest to be added is The Good, The Bad And The Queen's Damon Albarn. According to the NME, Albarn has worked on a few tracks with Massive Attack in studio. This is in addition to the vocalists already scheduled to appear including former Mazzy Star frontwoman Hope Sandoval and TV on the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe. Horace Andy and Liz Fraser will once again add their vocal talents as well.
Although no release date has been announced as yet, the group apparently "could have enough material to release two albums in 12 months." The working title for the album at the moment is Weather Underground.

This is sizing up to be quite good. Does Albarn ever sleep?
