Prefix's (or at least my) current musical obsession Marissa Nadler has been quite prolific of late. Besides her fantastic new album Songs III: Bird on the Water, Nadler has also taken to recording covers recently. The latest to surface is her take on The Band's "Lonesome Suzie," which is, unsurprisingly, fantastic. Seriously, how great would a it be if she pulled a Cat Power and released a covers record? Just floating the idea out there.
