Rich Boy is at the center of a $337,500 lawsuit after a man sued him after the rapper's brother shot at him during a road rage incident.

Chaz Mosley won the lawsuit against Rich Boy back in September, but the rapper has yet to pay up. Mozley said that he was "returning from a gathering with friends" in 2005 when shots were fired from Rich Boy's Cadillac courtesy of Rich Boy's brother, Irvin Richards, who is now serving 10 years in prison for the assault.

Rich Boy is still on probation from the charge, and hasn't commented on whether or not he plans to pay Mozley. [AJC]
