Man Blames Killers For His Train Booting, Fills In "Blame It On The Killers" Bingo Card

Tom Shaw, a twenty-five-year-old musician, says that he was booted from a train in England for writing down the titles of songs by the Killers. Shaw says that he was writing down a set list for an upcoming show by his band, The Magic Mushrooms, and had included "All These Things I've Done" followed simply by "killers." This, perhaps combined with the Franz Ferdinand song "Take Me Out," was enough to merit being escorted from the train and an interview with security officers. Nothing was found to be amiss, however, as playing songs by The Killers and Franz Ferdinand and being in a band called The Magic Mushrooms is only repellent and not technically illegal. [NME]

Technically his offense was "flagrant douchebaggery." They're quite hard on that in the UK.

no word on whether he was also planning on covering The Dicks "Hate The Police" or MDC's "Millions of Dead Cops"
