I'm not sure what Magnetic Fields' "Underwear" has to do with the new super-light shoes by Puma, but apparently someone paid to put products together with indie rock love songs has decided they are perfect together. In the ad above for Puma's L.I.F.T. shoes, Stephen Meritt's 69 Love Songs ballad is used to somehow make people want to buy shoes. Don't ask me. I didn't major in advertising. [Stereogum]
