Quoting Lucy O'''Brien'''s new profile ''"Madonna: Like an Icon''" (never judge a book buy the terrible pun on its cover, children), the column offers up the following nugget: ''"Madonna, in her mid-30s, '''desperately wanted children and had various relationships with unlikely men.'''''" It turns out that one of those men''you see where I'''m going''was Tupac.
Quoting friend Alison Clarkson: "'''She was going out with him...but homegirls were saying to him, I can't believe you're going out with a white girl,'''''so she got dumped!''"
