Lupe Fiasco, Justin Timberlake, and Kenna to Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro for Charity

Typically celebrity charity falls under the "I donated at a black tie banquet" category of making a difference, but Justin Timberlake, Lupe Fiasco, and Kenna are going many steps further; the three performers are going to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro for a clean drinking water charity.

The plan was hatched by Kenna, whose father almost died in childhood from a waterborne disease in Ethiopia, and Fiasco and Timberlake were willing to go climb the mountain with him.

"My dad almost died as a child from waterborne diseases in Ethiopia," Kenna told Elle Magazine, "and he had talked to me about digging a well there, and I thought, 'I have too many friends who would be concerned with the subject of clean water. Maybe I can help out.'"

No word on when the climb will actually go down (sometime later this year is reported), but the three better be careful. A expertly executed search of the literary journal Wikipedia revealed that Mt. Kilimanjaro is a volcano, is 19,000 feet, is located in Africa, and the legendary Chupacabra is expected to dwell in cohabitation at its peak with the Loch Ness monster, a Yeti, and Axl Rose.
