After an appearance at this past weekend’s Music Midtown festival in Atlanta along with the release of “Representin’” his collaboration with Kelly Rowland, Ludacris is aiming for a 2013 release date for his next LP, Ludaversal.
In a conversation with Atlanta radio station Hot 107.9, the rapper-come-actor said that “You gon’ hear a lot more records from the Ludaversal album, coming first quarter next year.”
Earlier this year, the Atlanta-based rapper released the strip club anthem “Jingalin’” produced by Da Internz, and has been working in the studio with the likes of Pharrell Williams, Jim Jonsin, Rico Love amongst others.
In the interim, he plans on releasing more songs as the release date nears. As for the rest of 2012, Luda will again take on his role as Tej Parker in the latest Fast and The Furious movie. His last album was 2010’s Battle of the Sexes.
