Bill O'Reilly and the rest of the conservative pundits might have a lot to say about the recession, but leave it to the hip-hop community to actually offer some grassroots solutions. Rapper Ludacris chose to celebrate Labor Day by giving away twenty cars to people who needed them for their employment. Ludacris said that he personally read thousands of three hundred word essays, and was taken aback by the sheer amount of people who were either out of work or in jeopardy of losing their job simply because they had no transportation. O'Reilly has said Ludacris is a purveyor of "mind poison," but it's hard to argue when those rhymes put deserving people behind the wheel. [Yahoo]

It is wonderful to hear that there are still people who make a difference. The bottom line is all things come from God and he uses us to carry forth. Ludacris was a guest at my church Christ Universal Temple and it fills my heart with joy to know that he acknowledges God and has given back what God has extended to him. Continued success wished for you Chris.
