Well well well, here we go again. Lucinda Williams has announced that she too will be partaking in the "performing old albums all the way through" trend. The alt-country crooner will put in two five-night stands in Los Angeles and New York. In L.A., she'll be at the El Rey September 5 and 6 and 8 through 10. In New York, Williams will perform at the Fillmore September 29 and 30 and Town Hall October 2 through 4. Here are the albums she'll be running through, in order: World Without Tears, Essence, Car Wheels on a Gravel Road (arguably Williams' career pinnacle), Sweet Old World, and Lucinda Williams. Williams will also perform a second set of random songs each night. One note: these shows don't appear to be associated with the Don't Look Back series. So, Low, how about doing Secret Name? Liz Phair, Exile in Guyville? Let's get on these, peeps.
