Great news for any Beatles fans facing that dreaded post-college era of uncertainty and wait-staff level employment. Liverpool Hope University has announced a Masters course in The Beatles and their influence on music and culture. Apparently the course will cover all aspects of Beatledom, right down to their "collar-less jackets [and] their psychedelic clothes," according to Mike Brocken, who is in charge of the course. I've gotta tell you, shipping out to England to study The Beatles while the U.S. slips ever further into economic turmoil sounds like a pretty good idea. The only downside is that all of your classmates will fall into the category of "dudes that totally know more about The Beatles than you and make sure you know it." [BBC via BeatCrave]
