Earlier this week we reported on Pusha T’s “Exodus 23:1” and the shots it fired at certain unnamed targets in the hip-hop community. With listeners speculating that some of the rapper’s barbs were directed at Drake, Lil Wayne weighed in on Twitter to defend his longstanding associate:
Fuk Pusha T and anybody that love em— Lil Wayne WEEZY F (@LilTunechi) May 24, 2012
Rekindling old tensions between Weezy and Pusha’s group Clispe, the beef has subsequently escalated into something of a war between G.O.O.D. Music and YMCMB. Joining the fray, Pusha's G.O.O.D. lablelmate Kid Cudi tweeted the following message of support:
I LOVE MY NIGGA PUSHA T, FUCK ANYBODY WHO FEEL DIFFERENT.WE AINT HO'S OUT HERE— Scott Mescudi (@wizardcud) May 24, 2012
Now, in the next episode of this ongoing saga, Weezy has made his feelings about Pusha even clearer through the medium of song. His incendiary diss rap is entitled “Goulish,” and it starts as follows: "Fuck Pusha-T and everybody that love him. His head up his ass so imma have to head butt him.” Doubtless, this will only fuel more skirmishes over the coming days.
