Given the fact Nirvana’s Nevermind celebrated its twentieth birthday in September, there has been a lot more action than usual surrounding the seminal grunge band in the past five months. These have included cover projects, new revelations, previously unseen concert videos, reunions by surviving members, and much more.
This latest unearthed Nirvana gem falls into the live music category, as WFNX shared a recording of the band’s April 18, 1990 gig at the now-closed Man Ray club in Cambridge, Mass. Most of the set is dedicated to the band’s debut, Bleach, though you’ll hear two cuts from Nevermind and four from Incesticide. You can stream the set below. [Pitchfork]
