As we reported two weeks ago, the Weeknd's Abel Tesfaye was slated to remix Florence + The Machine's latest single, "Shake It Out." And while it's not due out on iTunes until Oct. 2, Miss Info has posted a radio rip of the remix that's perfectly audible and absolutely great. Florence Welch's huge, soaring vocals remain the driving force, but the arena-ready production has been replaced by Tesfaye's trademark thick instrumentation. He has layered in bursting snares, climbing acoustic guitar, whistling, and more than enough vocal effects to make sure you know exactly who's behind this. Would it have been cool to hear his falsetto on here, too? Sure, but this is pretty rad by itself.
You can listen to the remix below.
