Through the power of technology both old and new, we have a completely new track from currently incarcerated rapper Max B, felon spitter Isaiah Toothtaker, and the Hood Internet. You see, Max B, who's in jail for the next 75 years, recorded verses over the phone for his upcoming EP with Toothtaker and the Chicago production duo.
The Hood Internet then threw his and Toothtaker's vocals over a beat that uses an uncleared, albeit legit, sample from Madonna's "Live to Tell." The end result is the track "Hold On," an '80s-heavy piece that showcases just what artists can do these days with technology. You can stream the track below and buy it on LegitMix. Under the stream, you'll find the video.
