Listen: Gilles Peterson's Final BBC Radio 1 Show

Last night marked the end of an era at BBC Radio 1 as Gilles Peterson hosted his final show at the radio station. Moving forward, he'll debut his new program on BBC 6Music on April 7 at 3 p.m. His final two-hour show featured a slew of his favorite rap tunes, including Jay Electronica's "Exhibit C," Outkast's "Aquemini," and Slum Village's "Fall in Love."

Never one to remain inside a musical box, so to speak, Peterson also played some soul jams from Raphael Saadiq and Jill Scott, Brazilian tunes from Arthur Verocai and Cidinho, and much more. There's also a pretty great interview in there with N.E.R.D. from 2001. You can listen to the radio show here.
