Listen: Domo Genesis, Wiz Khalifa Move From The "Ground Up"

As Odd Future's Domo Genesis points out at the start of this one, the collab between he and fellow slick stoner Wiz Khalifa was inevitable. Even if you felt there was some unheated beef over the Rolling Papers title, you had to keep a joint like this in mind. "Ground Up," produced by Taylor Gang's Cardo--who dropped this through his Twitter--is a smooth, bassy track that's gonna sound crazy bumping in my pink '95 Escort. Domo and Wiz go with the one-two punch, with each rapper tackling a verse about doing things on their own, you know, creating what they have now from the ground up. Psh, and you thought it was a pot reference. Wiz is on the hook, too, so you know his melody and the long synth notes are spot-on with one another. You can stream and download the track below.
