After having a particularly rough year, Lily Allen is gearing up to release her new LP, now titled It’s Not Me It’s You. The album, due out Feb. 9, was previously being called Stuck On The Naughty Step though noting was ever set in stone. Whatever the album’s title, Lily will have an easier time promoting it in the US since she’s also recently had her work visa reinstated. Her permit was originally revoked last year after being arrested for a paparazzi altercation, forcing her to abandon her US tour and miss the VMAs.
