We reported last week that Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV was delayed, yet again, from its planned release date of May 16 to an unspecified day in June. And less than a week later, it’s been revealed that the album is now scheduled to drop June 21. At least, that’s what Mack Maine, president of Young Money, told XXL. This should give Weezy’s new single, “If I Die Today (John),” a month or so to catch on and flood the airwaves. And if it doesn’t — I’m sure it will — they can just drop another single with plenty of time to spare.
