Lil Wayne Taking Plea Deal In Arizona Gun Case
Being that he's currently locked up doing a jolt in New York, it's no surprise that Lil Wayne would look to take a deal in another case hanging over his head to avoid more jail time. The rapper reportedly took a deal in Arizona yesterday (technically he was in New York, but appeared via satellite) stemming from the drug and gun charges he got in the state in January, 2008. The deal won't involve jail time, but could carry a probation of up to 36 months, beginning after his New York sentence is finished. Wayne is expected to be sentenced on June 30. [MTV]
