Yesterday's early morning rumor about Lil Wayne alleged guilty plea on gun charges carrying at least an eight month sentence turned into yesterday afternoon's fact, but with a minor caveat: Wayne is actually facing at least a year in jail, but the sentence could come with an even longer jail term. Wayne is expected to be sentenced in Feb. 2010, when his jail term's length will be determined.
