Lil' Wayne is teaming up with Strapped Condoms, the company formed by Rap-A-Lot CEO James Prince. Weezy will be starring in several public service announcements that are part of the Strapped 4 Life campaign. The program is aimed at educating youth about at risk behavior patterns that can lead to HIV and other STDs.
