Who knew they even held hip-hop shows in Idaho? Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., otherwise known as Lil Wayne, was arrested on a felony fugitive charge after a Friday show in Boise. Carter was taken into custody at the Qwest Arena and booked into the Ada County jail. Authorities in Georgia have accused Carter of possessing a controlled substance, and because of the nature of the charge he was not eligible for bond and missed a Saturday night concert. An anonymous source from the jail said it had been swamped with calls from fans concerned about Lil Wayne and where they might be able to receive refunds for their tickets.
