In what should be a surprise to no one after his interview with LA Weekly last November, Liam Gallagher performed two Oasis songs at a Beady Eye show in Warrington, England late last week. The show was a warm-up for the band’s opening slot for The Stone Roses’ homecoming gig in Manchester.
Beady Eye performed Oasis classics "Rock 'n' Roll Star" and "Morning Glory” at the warm up show.
"I feel they're just as much my songs as they are Noel's," the singer explained to XFM earlier this year. "And if people don't like it, go to the bar or fuck off. If they do like it, jump up and down, let's have a good time."
The band also performed a new number "The World's Not Set in Stone," which is an Oasis-y midtempo anthem.
