Leonard Cohen For Sony 3D TVs

It seems like TV companies are really going to go all in on this 3D TV thing, betting that Americans are really itching to watch shit in 3D ("Coming This Fall to CBS: Two and a Half Men in Three Dimensions!") and that we're willing to pay premium prices to do so. I am not an expert on the commercial tastes of Americans, so I have no idea if that's true. But what I do know is true is that Sony is using a Leonard Cohen song--"A Thousand Kisses Deep"--to sell 3D TVs, because nothing makes you want to shell out for 3D TVs like spoken word songs by old Canadians, right? I have no idea what is happening here, clearly. [Stereogum]
