Zep catalog goes digital

After years of just saying no, Led Zeppelin will finally make their entire catalog available for download beginning November 13, according to Billboard.com. But how are we supposed to roll our joints without a Houses of the Holy album cover? The band has exclusively partnered with Verizon Wireless to deliver Zeppelin full-song over-the-air downloads, ringtones, ringback tones, alert tones and wallpapers. The digital release coincides with the two-disc compilation Mothership that spans the band'''s career. And on November 20, they'''ll release a remixed and remastered version of The Song Remains The Same with six songs not on the original, according to Billboard.

Thank God. The music catalogue by which all other rock music is still measured, is now digitally available. Still the undisputed kings of rock music, the mighty Led Zeppelin. Now if the kings of pop-rock music will get on board the digital train, we will have two greatest bands in history firmly in the digital age.
