Mark this one under "What in the hell took so long?" Nearly a full year after being released in Canada, blog-buzzed Montreal trio Land of Talk will finally have its debut album, Applause Cheer Boo Hiss, released in the U.S. The album arrives March 20, via the Rebel Group. After an appearance at SXSW, Land of Talk will embark on a small North American tour starting on the day of the album's release. Dates are as follows:
