Kylesa Nab Tour with Mastodon and Intronaut
Fresh off an appearance at the Scion Rock Fest in Atlanta, dual-drummer metal band Kylesa announce a month-plus of shows opening for fellow Georgians Mastodon and Los Angeles-based death metal futurists Intronaut. The tour will come hot on the heels of Kylesa’s much-ballyhooed fourth album Static Tensions, set for release on March 17th via Prosthetic Records.

Both Kylesa and Intronaut were scheduled for an April tour with The Haunted and Nachtmystium before Mastodon came a-callin’. No disrespect to The Haunted/Nachtmystium, but the Mastodon/Kylesa/Intronaut package is, like, way more orgasm-inducing.

Much as I love Kylesa, Intronaut and Made Out of Babies, I am mondo disappointed that Coachella precludes Mastodon from playing in Los Angeles on this tour.
