Kweli & Madlib on Rap City
Who better to introduce a 45 second clip of "My Drink and My Two Step" than Talib Kweli and Madlib? Yesterday the former briefly interviewed the latter on BET's Rap City, in a confusing but enjoyable display of over-qualification. Madlib mentions a new Bluenote record and cheekily name drops the De La single BET refused to air in '04. Next week: Animal Collective on TRL.
