Kraftwerk’s Ralf Hutter Says New Album Is Due “Soon”

Kraftwerk are in the midst of their sold-out eight-day residency at New York’s MoMA, performing one of their eight albums in full every night. It turns out if they do this again they might need a ninth night: According to founder Ralf Hutter, the band is working on a new album, and it is due “soon.” What that actually means is anyone’s guess. But he did say the band has been using new technology, and they’re working on new concepts. Just know, new Kraftwerk soon. It’ll be the first album since 2003’s Tour De France Soundtracks. [NME]
