Kings Of Leon Pretty Popular Here Now, Finally

According to advance chart trackers, Kings of Leon’s Come Around Sundown sold 187,000 copies in its first week out, which is a huge tally for a band mostly known for being really huge in England. However, that sales tally wasn’t good enough to put the Kings on top–they lost to Sugarland, the country pop band that sold 207,000 copies of their album this week. But still; it’s one of the few times this year that a (alleged) rock album hit this high. [Billboard]
