Kings of Leon have announced that their new album, Because of the Times, will be released in the U.K. on April 2 (presumably giving the album an April 3 release in the U.S.). The album, produced by Ethan Johns and Angelo, was recorded in both Nashville and Los Angeles. Speaking to NME, frontman Caleb Followill had the following to say about the album:
"These songs are so much bigger, this band is so much better. There was a growth that people thought they heard on Aha Shake Heartbreak from 'Youth and Young Manhood, but there's no comparison this time out. I think it's pretty evident when people hear it."
